The Woodward L. Vogt Project Excellence Award is an annual award we bestow to recognize some of the most outstanding projects by our members who live and demonstrate the vision of GBA to great accomplishment. Winners of this award truly showcase their hard work and contributions to society in front of all their peers, clients, and other professionals from across North America.
This year, the award was granted to S&ME for a unique and challenging project, the Great Falls Dearborn Diversion Dam Bypasses Project in Chester County, South Carolina. Frank Morris, P.E., a Senior Engineer-Project Manager, presents the project. (34 minutes)
